Daily Progress Report

My progress report is as under:

I reached school at 8:55 am. Then attended the assembly.
School property record was updated and saved as there were new entries.
SMC & RMSA bills were recorded in the computer which took a long time but I got to know more about the SMC fund.
Library was visited where students were reading the books and the librarian was keeping the record of the issued books in the issue-register.

Daily Progress Report

My daily progress report is as under:

Today I reached the school at 8:55 am. Thereafter I attended the assembly. During assembly yoga session was organised and students were informed about  Mahatma Gandhi's death as he left the world on 30th January.
Then I visited the library and checked the time table. Books were arranged in a proper manner.
I updated the list of new admissions made after July2012.
School Property Record was updated as there were the entries for some new musical instruments etc.
Tax deduction details of the teachers were updated online.
 I met the official at RMSA and got info regarding the schools in my cluster.
DPR was prepared .

My daily progress report is as under:





  • Today I reached in the school at 9:00am. Thereafter I attended the morning assembly.
  • Two students were given prizes for their performance in Speech competition on Voters' Day. Pictures are attached herewith.
  • Library was visited and everything was fine there.
  • teachers' details were feed in the computer.
  • I updated the Tax Deduction details(online) of the teachers of the school. It was a good experience.
  • A lawyer from the legal cell delivered a lecture on Domestic violence. It was quite useful for the students especially girls. They were informed about the laws and legal rights in this regard. (Pictures are attached.)
  • I went to the ABRC and got the list of the schools in my cluster.

Daily Progress Report

  •  REPUBLIC DAY was celebrated in the school premises. 
  • National flag was hoisted by the principal and the members of the Lions Club.
  • Cultural program was performed by the students and sweets were distributed among the students and staff.

My DPR is as follows:



  • Today I reached school at 8:50am. 
  • Voter's day was celebrated in which students delivered speech and performed skit during the assembly.
  • Library was visited, accession register and issue register are maintained, but there is no proper seating arrangement for the students. So a requirement was put up before the principal to provide benches if possible otherwise a dari should be there so that students can sit comfortably during reading session. Library period is assigned to every class.
  • A letter to DEO was written for the requirement of dari by the principal.

DAILY PROGRESS REPORT

22-JAN-2013

Today in morning, I join the school allotted to me( GSSS, Sector-7, Panchkula).
 My official Report is as under :-




  • Submit the joining report to the Principal.
  • Got the endst.no. and all the 6 copies were posted to the offices mentioned in the letter.
  • Got information regarding school timings.
  • got staff members' details, no. of  students, non teaching staff.
  • Visit the computer labs & library.
  • Captured some pictures of the school
  • Disaster management session was held by the members of the cell which pictures are attached herewith.
DPR was prepared.



23-JAN-2013

My Daily Progress Report is as under:




  • Visited the computer labs and had a conversation with the teachers about the teaching process.
  • Computer labs are in good condition.
  • Information regarding teachers and students was feed in the computer.
  • Students' information was got and saved in the computer for further use.
  • SC, BC, OBC & BPL students' list with their account no. was prepared.
  • As the school building is not in a very good condition and can be collapsed anytime, a letter was written to the DEO, Panchkula in this regard . Pictures of the building are attached herewith.
  • Library was visited where the incharge was issuing books and keeping record in the register.
  • Books were examined whether they are in good condition or not.
  • Library functioning is manual.
  • DPR was prepared.
