Attended Assembly. Students were informed regarding change in timings by the Principal applicable by tomorrow. Pictures were captured.
Prepared the list of the accounts of the students with complete details .
Entries from Four sections were made.

Reached school in time and attended assembly. Students were guided and inspired by Mr. V.D.Sharma regarding exams. Pics were also captured.
Then I Started with making the list of the accounts and details of the students class wise.

• It was raining heavily today, so morning assembly did not held.
• The process of making of UId (Aadhaar cards) was in progress.
• List of students who got uniforms & bags in the year 2011-12, 2012-2013 was prepared as it was not recorded in the computer anywhere. It took a long time.
• Summary of expenditure on two rooms' construction was prepared.
• I filled the information required for the performa regarding school infrastructure but could not get the information regarding the school land as the official having that information was on leave.

• Today 150th birth anniversary of Swami Vivekananda was celebrated in the school premises with Surya Namaskar. Students performed Surya Namaskar during the assembly in the leadership of PTI Mrs.Anita.

My DPR is as under: (14-02-13)

I reached the school and got the message to attend the meeting regarding Opening of bank accounts of the students at DC Model school.
There Mr. Parmod Kumar addressed the workshop and explained everything in detail.
After the workshop was over, we (all IOLMs) were called to BEO office to provide our details.
Thereafter reaching the school, I discussed the information provided during the workshop with the incharge.
Thereafter completed the list of the books which were through RMSA.

I visited the computer lab and started with my work.

Today I reached the school and start with my work.
Students' photos (class-XII) were clicked for student's profile.
Teachers' photos were also clicked to use on teacher's profile.
Then I went to visit GMS Abheypur AND GPS Abheypurof my cluster.
I met the head teacher Mrs. Sangita & Mrs. Saroj Wati and the staff.
Thereafter I collected information regarding Total students, no. of boys, girls, SC,BC A, BC B, Minority students in each class.
Library was not there as there is no room to set up a library, the books were kept in trunk but they used to issue the books to the students during games period. Stock & issue register was maintained.

• I reached school at 8:50 am. Assembly was attended , during assembly students got cash prize for getting position in Kushti competition. Pictures were clicked and are attached herewith. 
• After that Disaster Management Committee file was created and print outs were taken.
• Funds record was updated.
• During recess I clicked some pictures of the students chilling out in sun.

Today I reached school at 8:55am.
The principal held a staff meeting regarding girl child care, so the file meeting agenda was created by me and details were feed in that.
Students data from class-IX was saved in the PC for further use.
A letter to the Superintendent was written to set patrolling outside the school gate.

• Student's profile for class XII were prepared (4) in MS Excell using the prescribed format.
• Library was visited and a list of new books from RMSA was prepared in which books related to the subjects of Hindi and Science were separated and arranged in the almirah. 
• I helped Mr. Dayanand in generating the paybill records online.
• Captured some snaps of the teachers teaching through presentation on the desktop.

My DPR is as under:

Today first of all I submitted my Job Profile to the Principal and prepared the meeting agenda file as the Principal held a meeting today of the senior lecturers.
Thereafter I went through the Job profile and started my job.
Student's Profile format was prepared and some information was stored in that. This profile was prepared in MS Excel as well as MS Access.
Today Library was closed as the keys were with the Librarian and she was on leave. Monday onwards whenever she will be on leave, I will be having the keys so that the library can function well.
Some of the sites mentioned in the job profile were visited specially DISE. This is a good effort to record the school database and ensure quality of secondary education.

I reached the school at 8:58 am. Thereafter I atended the assembly.
School visiting register, movement record were feed in the computer.
Library was visited, every class is getting 1 period for library and the books are used by the students.
I made a visit to GSSS, Sector-6,Panchkula and got information regarding no. of students and met the Principal Mr. Sandeep. He is very sincere person and ensured to cooperate well.
